Private by design
Your records stay with you
TenancyTrove has no account or automatic evidence upload. Rental records and selected file bytes live on your device or in your browser profile. Choose when to export a backup, share a pack or email support. iPhone text capture uses on-device Apple Vision; web text capture uses hosted OCR assets without sending your image or recognised words to an OCR server.
Keep a separate backup. The local database and ZIP/PDF exports are not encrypted. Clearing browser storage or removing the app can remove records that you have not backed up. TenancyTrove does not replace an official condition report, lodge a form or provide legal advice.
Australian rental help
Choose your state or territory in the app's Rental help section for links to current government and consumer authority guidance about condition reports, repairs, bonds and disputes. Follow the relevant authority's current instructions for formal deadlines and notices.
Availability
The iPhone app is in a private internal TestFlight group. TenancyTrove is not yet publicly downloadable from the App Store, and there is no public PWA link. This page will be updated when a public release is available.
